Hibiscus Children’s Center Book Drive

The Palm Beach Home Show is proud to support the Hibiscus Children’s Center, with a book donation drive to benefit the center’s new library program. Founded in 1985, Hibiscus Children’s Center (www.hibiscuschildrenscenter.org) is a not-for-profit charitable organization fighting child abuse with care, counseling, and intervention services for families in need. The center directs a wide array of programs, including a children’s shelter, foster care, family reunification, mental health services, and much more.

Hibiscus is currently holding a book drive with the goal of stocking a new library at Hibiscus, called “The Reef,” which is scheduled to open this month. The books will also be used to supply reading material for outside literacy assistance in the foster homes assisted by the center. Please bring your new and/or used books suitable for children and young adults to the Home Show to help us with this worthwhile cause. Donors will receive $2 off one regular adult admission with the donation of one or more books to Hibiscus.
