The Palm Beach County Convention Center is an $83-million dollar, 350,000 square foot, superior state-of-the-art facility in one single building. With 30-foot ceilings and large overhead load-in-doors, it is the ideal setting for consumer shows in Palm Beach County. In addition, with its location just east of Interstate 95 on Okeechobee Blvd., the Palm Beach County Convention Center is the easiest facility of its kind to access in all of South Florida and will draw thousands of qualified homeowners from Palm Beach, Martin, Broward and Dade counties.
The Palm Beach County Convention Center provides a superior location for exhibitors. Unlike the fairgrounds, the Convention Center offers:
Ø Superior floor plan, all under one roof with no back rooms where you could be missed.
Ø Professional loading dock with 9 bays and a 35’ wide drive-on ramp, which allows direct access from the loading dock via three separate doors. This makes the Move-In & Move-Out process hassle free.
Ø 30-foot ceiling height and High Intensity Discharge (HID) light fixtures provide excellent lighting assuring no darkened exhibit areas.
Ø No load capacity limit on ground floor.
Ø Highest recorded attendance of any home show held in Palm Beach County (records on file with the Convention Center).
Ø Upscale displays with no excess overlap of similar exhibitors.
Ø Convenient location just ¾ mile east of I-95 on Okeechobee Blvd.

BREAK-DOWN / MOVE-OUT:
Sunday October 10th 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Monday October 11th 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
All booths are 10' wide x 10' deep, with a limited number of 10' wide x 5' deep spaces. All spaces will include the following:
Ø Backdrop curtain and side-rails.
Ø Booth I.D. sign with company name.
Ø Listing in Show Directory.
Ø Adequate lighting.
$1200.00 per 10'x10' booth.
All (corner booths) are only allocated in (10'x20') increments, and incur an additional $100.00 fee.
Discounts offered for 3-booth or more. (ask your account representative for details).
Exhibitors’ Note: ALL booth space/displays must have floor covering.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PER UNION RULES, DOLLIES ARE PERMITTED; HOWEVER, PALLET JACKS ARE NOT.
